1. What are preserved flowers?

Preserved flowers are real flowers that have undergone a treatment that preserves them over time. This stabilization process allows the beauty and color of the flowers to be maintained for many months or even years without the need for water or maintenance.

2. How are the flowers preserved?

The flowers are preserved through a process of replacing the natural liquids with a preservative solution which allows them to maintain their original shape and beauty. The process does not involve the use of chemicals harmful to health or the environment. You can learn more here .

3. Are all the preserved flowers of the same quality?

The preserved flowers are all of high quality and are carefully selected by our floral experts. Each flower is unique and may vary slightly from the product photo on the site.

4. Do you sell artificial flowers?

No, our catalog includes only preserved or naturally dried flowers, none of the flowers or plants on our site are artificial.

5. How do you manage the environmental sustainability of your business?

We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities, which is why we only use ecological packaging, such as cardboard and paper, and we avoid using any plastic. Furthermore, for the procurement of our materials we choose slow transport methods with a lower environmental impact and we collaborate with suppliers who adopt sustainable cultivation practices for flowers and plants. We are constantly looking for solutions to improve our environmental sustainability.

6. Can I customize my floral arrangement?

7. What are the shipping options?

The shipment is entrusted to a specialized courier and takes place throughout Italy within 48 hours of the order, except for some handcrafted products that require a longer processing time, specified in the product sheet. We also ship throughout Europe.

8. How can I track my order?

We will send you an order confirmation email containing the courier's tracking code. You can use this code to track the status of your shipment in real time.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

If there is any damage to your order in transit, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the damaged product or refund the amount paid.

10. Can I make a return?

Yes, you can make a return within 14 days from the delivery date of the product, provided that the product is in perfect condition and has not been used. Please contact us for more information on the return procedure. Returns are free for all orders over €49.

11. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna (payment in 3 installments), Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery (only for Italy).
